My boiler has broken down and I have no heating or hot water — what do I do?
Call us immediately on 020 3887 4364. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day. Give us your postcode and describe the fault — we will despatch the nearest available Gas Safe engineer to you. Most London boroughs are reached within 90–120 minutes.
My boiler is showing an error code — is this a breakdown?
An error or fault code means your boiler has detected a problem and gone into lockout. Some faults (like low pressure) can be resolved by the homeowner. Others require a Gas Safe engineer. Do not repeatedly reset a boiler showing error codes — this can cause further damage. Call us and describe the code; we can advise immediately.
My boiler broke down out of hours — do you charge extra?
Evening and weekend call-outs carry a small out-of-hours supplement (£30–£50), which we always confirm before coming out. We never inflate prices in an emergency.
Can you fix my boiler on the first visit?
In most cases, yes. Our engineers carry the most common boiler spare parts on the van. Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi and Ideal parts are typically stocked. If a specialist part is needed, we order it immediately and return the next day.
